No refunds are issued once a user exceeds 20% of service usage.

6. System Updates & Service Availability
Qr-Soor operates 24/7, with scheduled maintenance only when major updates are necessary (typically every 2–3 months).
When updates are required, they are carried out during low-traffic hours between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM (UTC+3) to minimize disruption.
We perform full database backups before each major update to prevent data loss.
While we aim to maintain 100% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues beyond our control.
